It is a weekend without football. How better to fill the void, and celebrate the birth of Robert Burns, than with a tasting of Scotch Whisky. Sidewinder is honored to have noted whisk(e)y expert, and native Scotsman, Mark Cassidy conduct a guided tasting of some of Scotland’s rarest single malts.
Over the course of two hours, Mark will discuss each of the six regions of Scotch Whisky production as well as provide insider information of the important distilleries. This will be followed by a tasting of six rare single malts, representing each of the regions, accompanied by hors-d’oeuvres selected to enhance each dram.
Mark will be tasting single malts from independent distilleries representing the Highlands, Speyside, the Islands, Islay, the Lowlands, and Campbeltown. These are rare spirits indeed.
This event is limited to twenty members and their guests. Tickets are on sale now. If you would like to become a member and participate in this and other events you can sign up here. We would love to have you join us.
