Join Chefs Jason Landas and Celinda Rahn at The Sidewinder Lounge for the second of our Lunch and Learning Programs. For this program, Chefs Jason and Celinda, the rising stars responsible for our People’s Choice Award at this year’s Taste Our Terroir, will use their creative talent to redefine how we look at the fall vegetables that are coming to market.
The two-hour program begins with an informal meet and greet with the chefs, followed by a demonstration on how to shop for, and prepare, two classic fall dishes: roasted carrot soup and a butternut squash risotto. Of course, each plate will be served with Occasio wines.
