News just in- Wine Enthusiast Magazine has given our 2010 Angelica a 92-point rating, scheduled to be written up in the June 2012 issue of their buyers guide. This is the highest rating that Wine Enthusiast has given to an Angelica-styled wine, and the highest rating ever given to a dessert wine from Livermore Valley.

Our 2009 Del Arroyo Vineyard Petite Sirah took home the gold medal at this year’s 2011 International Women’s Wine Competition. This continues our record of 100% Gold or higher scoring for our Del Arroyo Vineyard Petites.
We just heard that our 2010 Del Arroyo Vineyard Fume’ Blanc was rated 90-pts by the Wine Enthusiast Magazine. The writeup will appear in the December 2011 issue- Best Wines of the Year. We will post the full writeup when it becomes available.

Harvest begins in earnest today, as we harvest our Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir from the Del Arroyo Vineyard. This is turning out to be the finest harvest in Livermore Valley in many years. A cool summer gave us long hang time and still preserved beautiful acidity.
