After months in development, Posada on Wheels becomes reality. Beginning Saturday, December 1, Posada on wheels will begin providing food to our local wineries and breweries as well as a needed bar menu for our Sidewinder Members’ Lounge. Along with favorites like Posada’s watermelon salad are new items like Texas Dust Halibut Tacos, Blackened Pork Belly Tacos, and steaming bowls of New Mexico Picadillo with Flat Fries – foods you will only find at Posada on Wheels.
