The Federal Government just granted us approval for the first sweet vermouth to come out of Livermore Valley. The partner to our dry version, our sweet vermouth is crafted from over a dozen different roots, herbs, flowers, and spices. With a fine wine as the base, and our bespoke brandy made specially for this vermouth, we redefine the taste of vermouth for a generation seeking purity and authenticity. Elegant and balanced, our sweet vermouth is perfect by itself, or as a mixer in many cocktails. Limited in production, our vermouths will be bottled under our Sidewinder Spirits label.
