With all this hot weather, we thought it would be nice to publish our recipe for Angelica Punch from our Spring 2011 Pocket Watch Newsletter. When the mixologists at San Francisco’s Bourbon and Branch tasted our Angelica, they went wild. Angelica Punch is one of the recipes they crafted to showcase our Angelica wine.
1 Bottle Occasio Angelica (375 mL)
31/2 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
31/2 oz Fresh squeezed orange juice
1 3/4 oz honey syrup (see recipe)
31/2 oz Club soda
Sliced orange and lemon rounds
Combine all ingredients into a punchbowl. Stir and add a large piece of block ice. Enjoy.
Warm honey and water in a saucepan until mixed.
