Sidewinder Spirits Barrel Rested Gin receives bottling approval

The TTB granted label approval for our barrel rested gin last week. Sidewinder Barrel Rested is a small batch creation that achieves additional smoothness and complexity through a short period of barrel aging. Based on a grape wine distillate, the gin is macerated with over a dozen carefully selected botanicals.

Sidewinder Barrel Rested Gin joins our growing family of small batch spirits. Anticipate a limited release in August, 2019.
