A Sparkling New Addition

We are excited to announce the release of our Sparkling Malvasia Bianca – just in time for the Holidays! The wine will be released on Saturday, December 3, in celebration of the our community-wide event, Holiday in the Vineyards.

The base wine for this sparkling was our award winning Malvasia Bianca from the 2020 vintage. In addition, we used our Malvasia Angelica wine from the same vintage for the dosage! And, if that’s not special enough, the Angelica was fortified with the Malvasia brandy that we distill in house. Thus- a 100% Livermore Malvasia Bianca sparkler. The Malvasia flavor is pure and intense!
