Livermore’s First Grappa – Approved

Sidewinder Spirits is pleased to announce that its label for what will become Livermore’s first Grappa has been approved by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Crafted from the pomace of our finest wines of the 2017 harvest, Sidewinder Grappa has been aging gracefully as it is made ready for bottling. The recent label approval now allows us to finish this preparation. Expect a release of this rare spirit in the Fall.
